Located on the first floor, it features a bright living area opening onto a balcony with garden furniture, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee with views of the surrounding peaks. The sleeping arrangements include a comfortable sofa bed and a bunk bed, making it suitable for families or friends.

The practical kitchen comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishes, utensils, a filter coffee maker, toaster, and kettle, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. The bathroom includes a bathtub, towel holder, and toilet, while additional amenities such as individual heating, a shared laundry, a ski locker, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, duvets, blankets, and pillows ensure a comfortable stay. Guests also benefit from a private parking space within the residence and access to the outdoor swimming pool in summer.
