A charming two bedroom apartment, sleeping up to three, located within a few minutes walk of Poole Quay, Poole Town and all its facilities. Waterside Park public boat slipway is just a short distance away.
Stairs to first floor with open plan living, dining area and kitchen. Stairs leading up to the 1st floor with Master Bedroom (5ft kingsize double bed), second bedroom (3ft single bed). Bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet).
Parking - There is one dedicated parking space.
Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryer.
Technology – Flat screen smart TV and Wi-Fi.
Kitchen - Gas Hob, Oven, undercounter Fridge with inbuilt Freezer, Microwave and Washing Machine.
Restrictions - No smoking. Pets permitted.
Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
