Enjoy a wide range of activities including climbing, walking, mountain biking, riding, fishing, golfing and skiing. It is the perfect base for bird-spotting with the RSPB reserve at Loch Garten only 6 miles away. Abernethy Forest at Nethybridge (6.5 miles) has the largest remaining section of Caledonian Pine. The forests around are full of interesting wildlife from red squirrels, crested tits, crossbills and capercaillie. Loch Morlich (15 miles) offers a beautiful beach and stunning walks around Rothiemurchus as well as stunning views of the Cairngorm Mountain range. It also has a water sports centre, offering sailing, canoeing, paddleboarding and windsurfing. Enjoy a day following the Malt Whisky Trail from Grantown through to Aberlour.

On entering the property, you will find the welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, a great space to relax after a day out exploring the local area. The modern kitchen area is equipped with an electric two-ring hob, fridge with freezer compartment and a combi microwave. Enjoy meals at the dining bar with seating for two, before settling on the sofa to watch the Smart TV. Adjacent to the kitchen is the modern and stylish shower room with a WC. There is a separate bedroom with a king-size bed, wardrobe and dressing table.
Venture outside to the furnished decked area where you can enjoy views of the countryside. You may also get the opportunity to spot regular visitors, including deer, red squirrels, owls, hares, rabbits, and lots of garden birds. There is also a bench and patio seating where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Off-road parking is available for two cars.
