Beautiful Property, very central

Clean, well kept, the stairs up to the property are well lit. Beds are comfortable and good sized bathroom. Perfect for a base in St Ives

Fabulous location overlooking the harbour. Bright apartment. Hard to find parking. Hosts could be contacted by phone which is not easily done for overseas travellers depending on which phone plan you buy here.

We loved the view and the apartment was fine. What we didn’t like was the area around the entrance to the flats which was dirty. We know it is very hard to keep back areas clean but more regular cleaning would be useful.

The best thing about this property is the location and the view. The bedding was clean and beds were comfortable. Coming to the property through the disgusting back alley is very off putting. It’s up closer to 4 flights of stairs than the 2 they describe. The carpet was filthy and worn and the place smells like the alley unless you leave the windows open most of the time. There was one roll of toilet tissue for 2 adults for 5 nights. We made due as it was too late to find another property but it wasn’t a pleasant place to stay in.
