Step inside the lounge/diner and put your feet up on the sofa while natural light pours in through the glass French doors which open up onto the garden. This homely space with neutral colours also has a dining table with seating for four. Continue into the compact and traditional kitchen with colourful tiling, a coffee machine and a convenient washer/dryer. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. Upstairs is a family bathroom plus two bedrooms – a double with a TV and a 4ft double. Outside is an enclosed courtyard with furniture.


During your stay in of village of Reydon, there is a local shop and takeaway within 0.5 miles. For a wide range of independent restaurants, shops and cafes head to Southwold (1.5 miles). Here you can also find Southwold Beach (1.5 miles) and historic landmarks dotted around – such as the Southwold Cannons and Southwold Lighthouse. If you’re looking for a fun family day out, there is a zoo 8 miles away or a go-karting track 10 miles away. Or surround yourself with nature at the nearby Suffolk Coast National Nature Reserve (6 miles).
