The on site photos that made us book were very accurate once we opened to front door to the property. Very stylish property where we were able to relax immediately. Great location and we would highly recommend.
Four flights of stairs with bags was a work out, but the views were worth it
Great location, very clean and well presented property.

Nice place in nice location
Bright and happy flat, well located and with great views. Stairs are a bit steep and might be difficult for older guests. The hosts were very professional and had us set up nicely.

Wonderful. Thank you so much. So pleased you had a fabulous Xmas in Bath. Happy New Year
Our first time staying in the area and we loved the location! Our hosts were extremely responsive and helpful to our special requests. Also they had a sweet welcome gift of local cookies and crackers. So nice and unexpected! We plan to return to savor the many cafes and restaurants we missed this time. Thank you for a great stay!
We loved the views, at rooftop level, surrounding georgian villas, parks, spires, wooded hills, crescents. The flat was perfect, great kitchen, lounge, comfy beds, bath with shower. Second time for our daughter, by coincidence.
Ideally located apartment great for a short break in this amazing city. Top floor apartment with great views over Bath and the surrounding area. Clean and well equipped, with everything one would expect.

Comfortable and convenient place to stay for central Bath
We stayed six nights and were very happy with the apartment, facilities and location. Just a few minutes to walk to the attractions, restaurants and supermarkets. Comfortable with four persons, had all of the usual facilities, and all working perfectly. Prior arrangements handled well with timing and explanations. No problem recommending to others.

so pleased you enjoyed your time Andrew. Take care and hope to see you again soon.
The flat is just as it appears in the photos with lots of nice touches (lamps, furniture, paintings, rugs). Very clean and bright. The master bedroom is comfy and stylish. The second bedroom is small but snug. It’s a great location a minutes walk from the Royal Crescent. Check out the lovely coffees at Berdoulat round the corner. Thanks for having us.

So pleased you enjoyed your stay Kate. We look forward to welcoming you again in the future.
We had a charming stay here for our week in Bath. The stairs up to the top floor flat will be challenging for those with mobility issues, but the views from the large windows on both sides of the apartment are ample reward for the climb. We found the place extremely tidy and very well appointed. Beds and sofas were very comfortable, and the main bedroom, living room, and kitchen areas were spacious. Communications with the property manager were terrific; he's very responsive and helpful. Our daughter left a treasured toy behind, and he was most attentive in helping us to reunite her with it! The location was ideal for our visit to Bath; we had a wonderful visit!

Nice apartment walking distance to Bath centre
Nice property for a two night stay in Bath. Great location just outside the city center, quiet area but very close to all the sights.
The apartment is nice inside but be prepared to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to the front door. We arrived to find some cereal, biscuits, coffee and a bottle of wine had been left for us. The master bedroom is big with lots of space, the second bedroom is very small but big enough for our 2 children (under 10 yrs old). One of the beds was broken and they sent someone out that day to fix it. The lounge/dining area is large and the kitchen nice and well stocked with utensils etc.
Overall a nice apartment and I would recommend it but probably look for a place with fewer stairs!

Thanks Peter. Pleased you liked the property but appreciate not the stairs. I have a lot of stairs in my own home as the Georgians loved to build tall buildings. Always get the great view though with them and they help me justify the odd dessert! Take care and hope to see you again.
This flat's views of the verdant hills surrounding Bath were very nice as is the location just a block or so from the Royal Crescent and some nice little restaurants.
We have rented dozens of vacation homes and our comments on things that aren't seen in pictures might be of interest to some, depending on personal expectations for a comfortable holiday stay. This home could benefit from maintenance to freshen its appearance. The furnishings and artwork are nice, but many of the walls are soiled and scuffed: the carpeting is older showing darkened wear patterns that give a dirty impression, particularly in the main room and hall; the dryer function on the washer/dryer unit did not work; the kitchen faucet leaked quite a bit at the base and onto the counter when turned to the smaller sink; the ground floor foyer and carpeted stairs leading to the fourth floor unit were very dirty; overflowing garbage bins and bags remained on the ground floor patio past the pick-up day; and a mop in its bucket, a step ladder and the vacuum wand attachment were left in the inside entry area (had never seen this before). All of these issues when combined, made our 10 day stay feel uncomfortable, causing us to leave early, which we had never done, in the past.

Hi Faith
What a shame you didn't contact us at the time of your stay as we would have gladly come and rectified your issues. Also a shame you didn't let us know you were leaving early. We do say in all our paperwork to you and also inside the apartment that if you have any problems or questions to contact us as we are available 24/7. Im suprised by your comments as we have many repeat customers to this particular apartment. The communal areas are outside of our control. But I will certainly pass on your comments to the owner.
Kind regards
L'appartamento corrisponde perfettamente a quanto illustrato nell'annuncio. È d'atmosfera, pulito, ampio, luminoso, con una cucina perfettamente attrezzata. Noi ce ne siamo innamorati.
