Entering the property, head upstairs to the light, colourful open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The sitting area has a Smart TV and a wood burner, providing a lovely space to snuggle up at the end of a memorable day. There’s a stylishly arranged kitchen, and the dining area is perfect for enjoying a fantastic meal. Doors open onto a pretty balcony with a table, chairs and access down to the garden. The first floor also offers a stunning, gorgeously tiled bathroom and a beautiful king-size bedroom with a TV and access onto a small balcony with a table, chairs and views across the deer paddock. You can also walk through and explore the15 acres of private woodlands.


The property is set in a quiet spot with Newmarket to the west (8.5 miles) and Bury St Edmunds to the east (6.5 miles). Popular local attractions include Ickworth House, West Stow Anglo Saxon Village and Chippenham Park Gardens, all within 10 miles.
