A comfortable, modern ground floor apartment which has been finished to a high standard. All of St Ives' shops, bars, restaurants and galleries are all an easy stroll away from your front door. Simply perfect for a relaxing and pleasurable break away.


The attractive open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is well equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Smart TV. There is one bedroom with a 5ft bed. The bathroom has a walk in double shower, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. There is also a handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside is a communal courtyard with seating to enjoy an evening tipple.


Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: Travel Cot provided.

Beach: 0.5 ml. Pub: 0.5 ml. Beach, pub and shop 5 minute walk
