Luciana's residences a few steps from the beach

Le Dimore di Luciana are independent apartments with two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioning, and a private parking space.
They are just over a 5-minute walk from one of the most beautiful beaches on the sandy coast of Puglia: the Maldives of Salento.

This property features a garden with lawn, a private patio equipped for outdoor dining, and a barbecue. Inside, there is a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one with a shower, and two bedrooms on the lower level. There is an outdoor shower.
Both floors are air conditioned. Mosquito nets are provided.

Bed and bath linens are available upon request at a cost of €15 per person.
Pets are allowed upon request and for an additional fee.
The final cleaning fee is a fixed €70, payable upon arrival.

The beach and town center are easily accessible on foot.
Tourist tax to be paid directly upon arrival.

N.B.: Access to the internal parking space is via a slight gradient.
The TV does not have a decoder, so only free-to-air channels are guaranteed.
