Built with lots of attention it takes advantage of its location, offering stunning views of Mount Ainos and across the surrounding countryside and the sea, with the bay of Argostoli in sight. It is located on the hillside above Argostoli in Lakithra. The residence is 10 min. drive from the airport while within a few minutes’ walk you can find a mini market, a bakery, and few taverns.
The villa measures 160m2 and occupies 2 floors. It sleeps up to 7 people in two king size, two single beds and a sofa bed. It is well-furnished, providing a fully equipped kitchen with a double door free-standing fridge freezer, and a sink unit complete with utensils and a dish washer. Housekeeping is included in the price (once in a week's stay). Linen, bath, and pool towels are also provided and also changed once in a week's stay.
The premise features a private swimming pool with sun beds around as well as private parking.
