The surroundings of Piedra Villa are breathtaking! You can spend hours in the garden, relaxing and taking in the stunning mountain and sea views. That’s why we chose this beautiful location to build our lovely villa.
Piedra is located in the village of Troianata, an ideal spot to enjoy privacy and discreet isolation, while still being centrally positioned to explore the island’s attractions from north to south easily. The property is very close to Kefalonia’s capital, Argostoli, where you can stroll and enjoy a drink in the main square.
With car rental available, the nearest beach is at Karavados, 6 km away, and many more sandy beaches are within a 20-minute drive, including Platis Gialos, Makris Gialos, Pesada, Trapezaki, and Lourdas. The majestic Mount Ainos, with its stunning views and trails, is 25 km away.
Essential services like gas stations, shops, supermarkets, and a pharmacy are all within a 4 km radius. St. George's Castle, one of the island's most beautiful and historic sites, is located on a lush green hill nearby. Be sure to visit the Monastery of St. Gerasimos (the island’s patron saint) and admire the endless vineyard valleys with the island's unique grape variety, Robola (PDO). The house comprises 4 bedrooms (3 of them have a double bed, while the fourth has 1 double bed and 1 single bed) and 3 full bathrooms. The main area includes a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare and enjoy meals, a spacious living area with high-quality furniture, a pool table, a fireplace, and a dining area. The living room offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
