Note: This condo caters to guests who want a prime location, but are not concerned about having a view of the mountains. The condo faces a retaining wall. The lobby, with its cozy overstuffed leather sofas and fireplace, overlooks the slopes, and is just one floor above the condo’s location.
Those who want the convenience and amenities of a first class resort with a friendly atmosphere, where you can luxuriate in 2 outdoor hot tubs and pool while enjoying an unparalleled view of the slopes, mountains, and sunsets WITHOUT paying the full price of a 2 bedroom. LOCATION, CONVENIENCE, AMENITIES, VALUE, SERVICES!
There is not a better location anywhere! My friend, who is a ski resort development consultant, says there is no condo/hotel complex with a better proximity to a ski slope anywhere in the world (and he tried to buy out all the owners 20 years ago, but they would'n't sell)! My condo has the best view of the slopes, and is both luxurious and comfortable. The ski shop is literally across the hall, and all the FREE amenities are fabulous!
