2 room apartment, 40 M2. Comfortable rental for 2 people. Second floor of a residence with elevator. Very bright and quiet. Guardian in the building. Numbered parking in the basement (secure garage entrance).
Ideally located 5 minutes walk from the historic city center (local producers market, weekly flea market) and close to all shops and supermarkets. Bus station 5 minutes, particularly convenient for going to Nice and the airport.

Completely renovated in 2013. Marble floor. Individual electric heating.
Entrance with large closet and sliding mirror doors.
American kitchen with bar. New elements and furniture: large fridge-freezer, electric extractor, ceramic hob, multifunction oven / microwave, washing machine. Crockery and cookware complete with all the essential equipment.

Vence is the perfect little place to get out of the hustle and bustle of the larger centers. It has it's own charm worth discovering, but it is also perfectly positioned to enjoy the whole area. A car is great, but the bus service into Nice is easy and from there you can bus or train all over the south of France. To top it off, you won't find better hosts anywhere, we highly recommend a stay here - you won't be disappointed!

Well located apartment with parking

Very good stay in this pleasant apartment. Very well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Location is just a few steps to the grocery store and cafes, yet ideal for those coming by car with included underground parking. Kind reception from the host and good communication from start to finish. To recommend.

The large studio is clean, meticulously maintained with all the amenities you need (but no AC). Comes with a parking garage which is really a plus in this old town. Quite place. The host makes himself available, even late in the evening, this make the check-in process easy.

Nous avons apprécié en particulier la place de parking (indispensable à Vence), le linge de maison au doux parfum (avec possibilité de rechange), la climatisation, l’exceptionnelle propreté, le balcon, le calme de la résidence ainsi que la proximité du bus pour aller à Nice ou Saint-Paul-de-Vence.Et bien sûr, les multiples attentions de Christiane et Jacques Souty : du jamais vu !

Bei dieser Wohnung stimmte alles: Sie entsprach genau den eingestellten Fotos; der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war (trotz Sprachbarriere) sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend; die Lage der Wohnung (fußläufig zu Vence - trotzdem günstig für Ausflüge per Auto); die Garage, die Ruhe der Wohnung, die Sauberkeit der Wohnung, der Aufzug z.B. für das Gepäck - alles passte

Ungewöhnlich schöne ferienwohnung

Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre appartement de vacances chez la famille Souty. Superbement équipé et agréablement meublé, avec un grand balcon merveilleusement calme, bien situé pour explorer la ville et ses environs, une véritable maison temporaire. Et avec un accueil très personnalisé et une explication du garage et de l'appartement, cela a été très utile. Cela n’aurait pas pu être plus confortable et plus beau.

Hébergement VENCE

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires avec plein de bonnes intentions (vin, bière... dans le frigo). Logement impeccable de propreté et parfaitement aménagé. Une place de garage fermé permet de stationner son véhicule. Emplacement idéal pas loin d'un supermarché et à proximité de la vieille ville. Nous avons passé 5 jours très agréables.

Voor de 12 dagen dat we zijn gebleven in het mooie dorpje Vence, vonden we het appartement zeer goed. Wij werden opgewacht bij het appartement en meteen begeleid naar de parkeergarage waar wij een privé parkeerplaats kregen aangewezen voor ons gehele verblijf. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw, die ons bij aankomst over alles uitleg gaven. In het appartement was aan alles gedacht, zelfs drinken en iets voor het ontbijt de volgende morgen. En alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig, zoals een grote koelkast met vriezer magnetron met oven, een wasmachine, waterkoker enz. En omdat het iedere dag 30 graden was vonden we de nieuwe airco ook fantastisch. De ligging van het appartement was ook zeer centraal, s ’morgens voor ontbijt 5 minuten lopen voor vers brood e.d. En s ’avonds 10 minuten lopen waren er voldoende goede restaurants voor te eten in dit prachtige dorpje. En een goede uitvalbasis voor bezoek aan div steden en dorpjes in de buurt. Ook willen wij gastheer Jacques en gastvrouw Christiane bedanken voor de fantastische accommodatie en de goede zorgen. Het is zeker een aanrader als iemand naar de Cote de Azur wil.

Très bonne location très bien située pour rayonner, et dans un environnement très calme. L’appartement est très propre, bien entretenu, avec des produits d’accueil (shampoing, gel douche etc ….) ou laissés à disposition, de grande qualité. Les propriétaires furent très accueillants, flexibles sur nos horaires d’arrivée et de départ. Le garage est un point très positif dans cette région où le parking est toujours compliqué. Location donc à recommander sans la moindre hésitation Darqué

Lieu de vacance de rêve

Vence est une petite ville avec une riche histoire, avec des fortifications et dans un décor naturel enchanteur. L’appartement est superbement bien situé, à deux pas des attraits touristiques, historiques et des services de proximité. L’appartement est bien équipé et les hôtes ont été d’un accueil remarquable.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt im Herzen Südfrankreichs

Wir durften eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem tollen Appartement verbringen. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Bei Anreise war der Kühlschrank bereits für ein kleines Abendessen gefüllt. Getränke und Kaffe ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Supermarkt ist ca. 3 Min. entfernt,ebenso die Touristeninformation und die Altstadt. Vence selbst ist an sich gut gelegen, sofern die Busse nach Plan fahren. Ist man jedoch voll auf den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angewiesen, ist eine gewisse Flexibilität von Nöten. Besonders hervorzuhebn, ist die Gastfreundlichkeit der Vermieter. Liebe Christiane, lieber Jaques vielen herzlichen Dank für die Hilfsbereitschaft und Mühe den fehlenden Busverkehr an An - und Abreisetag zu ersetzten. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall sehr weiter empfehlen. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles. Liebe Grüße Heike und Stella .

Abbiamo soggiornato a Vence ,siamo stati accolti molto cordialmente dai signori Souty che si sono dimostrati molto disponibili la casa era super pulita e ben attrezzata di ogni cosa ,biancheria pulita e profumata .ci hanno fatto trovare vino e bibite fresche e il necessario x la colazione. La casa è vicino al supermercato e ad un benzinaio e il centro a 5 minuti per il mare 15 minuti è stata un esperienza molto positiva HOST SUPER CONSIGLIATO Grazie

Nette Gastgeber; schöne Wohnung, schönes Vence

die Wohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben, sehr geschmackvoll und wertig eingerichtet. Klimatisiert ist die Wohnung jedoch nicht, mit zwei Turmventilatoren ausgerüstet. Das Interieur ist für die Wohnung speziell eingebaut; mit allem Zubehör um Urlaub zu geniessen. Die Familie Souty hat selbst einiges zusätzlich gegeben, u.a. Rosè und Kaffee, Tee und Süssigkeiten. Die Beiden sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber.
