Ticklepenny is an all-ground-floor property situated on the outskirts of Louth. It houses one family bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, with an en-suite shower, sleeping up to three people. The interior is completed by a sitting/dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside there is a private courtyard and off-road parking, as well as shared use of a barbecue and garden furniture. Ticklepenny is a wonderful base for a rural retreat with loved ones.
