With unrivalled panoramic views of the river stretching from the Royal Naval College, across to Kingswear and out to sea Dartmouth Castle, one of the towns outstanding historic landmarks. All rooms have elevated views of the Dart, even the kitchen! Time can be spent gazing at the ever -changing vista with the Lower Ferry and sails boats coming and going, the hustle and bustle of the town combined with the serenity of gazing out to sea. Less than 100 metres from the apartment is the town’s narrow Elizabethan-era streets, lined with independent shops, galleries and restaurants. Flavel Arts Centre; cinema, theatre, music and exhibitions is five minutes walk away.


Take a boat trip down the river and visit Agatha Christie’s former holiday home in Greenway, or ride the Dartmouth Steam Railway. There are two excellent beaches just over 1 mile from the town centre, Castle Cove and Sugary Cove; or head to Blackpool Sands, 4 miles away, for kayaking, paddle boarding, boat hire and boat trips can be booked at Dartmouth Quay.


In the months of May through to November why not attend one of the many local events, The Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Shakespeare Week, Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta and the Dartmouth Food Festival.


Bayards View is a holiday home that is well suited to a couple, a group of four friends or families of up to five, plus an additional travel cot, highchair and stair gates. The aim of the decor is to create an environment that is warm, friendly and has all those little things that make a perfect holiday home, attractive soft furnishings, relaxing new sofa's, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and well-appointed bathrooms. a perfect apartment for all seasons.


Enter the apartment building on the ground floor. Up two short flights of internal stairs you’re welcomed into the apartments lower deck and to your left is the open plan lounge, dining, and kitchen space. With a large bay view window, indulge yourself with the stunning waterside views across the River Dart and watch the day pass. A smart TV and comfy sofas will help you unwind and a large dining space, with views to the sea, is great for meals or if you must, 'working from home'. A well-equipped kitchen boasting further waterside views is on hand ready for meal time. Across the hallway is a king-size bedroom, waterside views and an en-suite with shower over bath and WC. Upstairs are a further two bedrooms; a beautiful double room with Velux window above the bed overlooking the stunning views, and a single bedroom. Completing the upstairs is a family bathroom with walk in shower and WC.


The apartment does not have any outside space, but the South West Coast Path can be reached less than 50 yards from your doorstep.
