The space
In a high-end apartment complex called The Marquis, the apartment is located on 6th floor in Block B and there are 3 fully functional lifts for access.

The Marquis is in an enchanting location which captivates with its beautiful views, magnificent sunsets, private meeting rooms and meeting nooks, luxurious amenities, serene and secure environment which is surrounded by green spaces and nice spots to unwind or catch up with friends. Right in the heart of action; yet surprisingly peaceful.

The apartment is also built and furnished with our guests in mind with the use of both local and imported high-end raw materials and fittings. The well thought out floor plan creates multi-functional living zones.

You will have a dedicated workstation in the apartment with:
- a premium and spacious executive desk with a sleek design, wood finish, metallic accents, and lockable drawers built for both style and functionality
- an ergonomic office chair with an adjustable height, lumbar support and breathable mesh - built for long hours of comfort
