Three-room apartment located on the 1st floor of a terraced house, accessible through a private gate. The staircase leads up to the first large terrace equipped with a sun awning. Inside, you will find a bright living/dining room with a kitchen corner, a double sofa bed, as well as a spacious bathroom with a shower box. The first double bedroom features a wardrobe and a small desk, while the second double bedroom provides access to the other terrace (also with an electric sun awning). Amenities included: A/C (extra daily cost, check below), TV, washing machine, dishwasher, and one uncovered parking space. The beach is reachable by a 450mt walk along Via dei Lecci and then through the pine forest.°Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours.
