Villa Ida is a modern two-family villa renovated in 2023, divided into two units, each with 6 sleeping places (12 total sleeping places). The house overlooks a large garden with large trees and cherry trees and a brand new salt-filtered infinity pool with sunbeds and umbrellas available (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09). The house is about 3.5 km from the centre of Garda and the beach, 1.5 km from the centre of Costermano. This area of Lake Garda, far from mass tourism, allows the discovery of the territory through numerous cycle tourism routes that start right near the house, such as the renowned Valle dei Mulini.



The Giarole apartment, entirely located on the ground floor, has a spacious room with two single beds that can be joined, a second room with a double bed and an additional single bed convertible to a double. Small bathroom with shower, main bathroom with window, shower box, double sink and laundry area. The spacious kitchen overlooks the side terrace equipped with table and chairs for pleasant outdoor meals; it features a modern kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, American-style breakfast counter, coffee corner with German coffee machine and coffee pod machine. The living area furnished with large dining table, sofa, armchairs and satellite TV, opens onto the covered terrace with lounge area and offers a pleasant view of the garden and swimming pool.



The Rodole apartment, entirely located on the ground floor, has a spacious double bedroom, a second room with two single beds that can be joined and an additional single bed and a pull-out bed. Small bathroom with shower, main windowed bathroom with shower box, double washbasin and laundry corner. The spacious kitchen overlooks the side terrace equipped with a table and chairs for pleasant outdoor lunches; it features a modern kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, American-style breakfast counter, coffee corner with German coffee machine and coffee machine with pods. The living area with a splendid decorative marble fireplace (not usable) is furnished with a large dining table, sofa, satellite TV and opens onto the covered terrace with a lounge area that offers a pleasant view of the garden and swimming pool.
