Beautiful location right next to the river but getting from the metro was challenging. We arrived after an extended travel day and were exhausted going down the huge flight of stairs with luggage and then up three floors to the unit. Thankfully, two very good restaurants right outside the door. Nice towels, bathrooms and the bedrooms need hooks installed. Unit is a little dark without much natural light if not in the front bedrooms. Two air con units for the whole apt. Great view of the Dom Luis bridge.

Good location: Location and beds. There were no hangers or wardrobes for clothes, the showers flooded because the drain wasn't working properly, and above all, there was a strong smell of damp and mould in the bathroom.

Really great location, lots of beautiful walking with an incline as the area has steep roads and lots of steps. Unfortunately the listing said parking, it did not say paid parking, which we knew was extremely important is a city like Porto to know if there was parking included. When we arrived we found there is no parking included as it was listed and paid over 200 euros for public parking. I requested a refund for this and was told to send an email to a specific address, and after two attempts, never received any reply. Which is why my review of commuication was low. I was waiting for their reply to ask why the bathroom was always damp and smelled constantly of mold and mildew even though we ran the fan constitantly, but since no one returned my message, I could not get my question answered.
