The apartment is 40sqm, and is composed by a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen corner and a bathroom.
The double bedroom has a big closet, drawers, TV, a single chair-bed, and ceiling fan.
The living room has a queen sofa bed, a table and notebook (free wifi); the connected kitchen corner is very cute and provided with a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle and all needed to cook.
All rooms except bathroom and kitchen corner have wooden floor.
Sheets and towels are provided, as well as hand soap and dishes soap.


The apartment is located in a 1930 building, surrounded by a nice courtyard and lovely garden.
The flat is furnished with taste and simplicity , with a mix of classical and modern (as you can see in the pic.), it is very accessorized and adapts to the necessities of all ages.
The warm atmosphere is present also in the kitchen which is complete with all: plates, cutlery, table and chairs.
In the locality there are all the necessary facilities: supermarkets, pharmacys, restaurants...

How to arrive to the apartment
- BY CAR
Arriving at the motorway (G.R.A.) around Roma take it and came out at exit number 23 (via Appia Nuova), go straight for about 10 km than go back toward 'RE di Roma' square following the circle,after 2 traffic lights you will see a petrol station on a big square, straight after you turn right: Circonvallazione Appia.

- BY PLANE
Arriving at Fiumicino airport just catch the “Leonardo Express” to Termini station, than take the line A (direction Anagnina) 4 stops to Ponte Lungo Station.
Or (from Fiumicino) catch the train “FM1” (direction “Orte/Fara Sabina”) to Tuscolana station.

From Ciampino airport you can get a shuttle bus to Anagnina station, than take the line A to Ponte lungo station.

- BY TRAIN
From the main Termini station catch the tube line A (direction Anagnina) and after 5 stops you will arrive to Ponte Lungo station.

Apartamento equipado adecuadamente

El apartamento se encuentra situado a unos 8 "a pie del metro, está equipado adecuadamente para pasar 5 días,la estancia ha sido muy agradable y sobre todo destacar que nos atendió Flavio fabulosamente , nos fue a buscar al metro y nos explico todo muy bien. Practical and Economical stay in Rome

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The listing description was accurate regarding the location, layout and amenities. It is approx 10 minutes walk to Ponte Lungo subway station. The property was clean and well maintained. Michele and Magdalena provided very good customer service. I would stay there again and already recommended to a friend.

Ho soggiornato a dicembre e sinceramente il posto dove si trovava la casa era molto bello... A differenza dell'interno della casa... Sporca... Dalle foto è tutta un'altra cosa... Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per una settimana, e abbiamo trovato tutto ciò di cui c'è bisogno in un appartamento. Era curato e pulito al nostro arrivo e ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa. Il propietrario è stato disponibile e ci ha aiutato in tutto.

Appartement très propre,confortable, bien situé (10min à pieds du métro) accueil très chaleureuse. Juste les murs sont très fins mais cela nous a pas dérangé car on était tout le temps dehors et la nuit aucun bruit. Nous conseillons cet appartement! Grazie a lei !

Great value for money!

We had a great stay in this apartment. We were travelling as a family of four, our girls were 11 and 14 years so we knew the space would be tight, but much bigger than a hotel room and at an affordable price. The master bedroom was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was lovely. Michele was very helpful in showing us how to get about Rome. The metro is a short walk away. The girls were quite happy on the sofa bed, but night time trips to the bathroom were a bit tricky past the sofa. Wifi was fast and reliable. Great restaraunts, supermarkets and chemists nearby. The best bruschetta you will ever eat is just down the road! It is close to the sights, yet you feel like you are really living amongst the locals. Learn a few Italian phrases and you will have the best time around this area, everyone was so friendly.

Cozy modern apartment, exactly as described

The apartment is exceptionally clean, modern and has a cozy atmosphere with all the amenities needed. My daughter and I travelled together and stayed in the apartment for 5 nights visiting Rome. We arrived by train from Fiumicino airport (exit Tuscana) about 8 Euro each. We had difficulty finding the apartment initially even with GPS and then gaining access for entry, however a couple leaving the building helped us. The owner's parents then met us and oriented us with the apartment and provided us with a map and explanation of the surrounding area. The metro is 5-10 minute walk and is not difficult to locate once you know where you are going. It is about 3 stops from Rome termini - centre of Rome. A market, grocery store, local restaurants are all within a 5 min radius. There is a great Mom/Pop cafe where we had cappuccino's and dessert one night for 4 Euros and an excellent bakery for croissants in the morning close by. We felt very safe staying at the apartment and it is a nice quiet area away from busy Rome to rest after a long day of site seeing. Highly recommended for any one of any age.

Perfect find

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults + 2 kids under 10). It had plenty of room to accommodate the whole family without feeling cramped. In a gated community, we also felt very secure in a "foreign city." Additionally, it is located within walking distance of the metro (A-line), supermarket and restaurants. Finally, we can't say enough about the Landlord Michele. As mentioned in previous reviews--he was WONDERFUL. Not only was he very responsive via email and on time for our check-in but, he also made a special trip to the apartment within 20 mins of hearing that one of the security door keys broke. This apartment & Michele helped to make our family trip to Rome truly amazing.

Un appartement très agréable , propre, bien agencé . Nous étions partis moi et ma soeur. Super marché à 4min de l'appartement, pratique ! Une pharmacie à 2min également de l'appartement. Métro à proximité, à 5, 6 Minutes. Quartier calme et bien fréquenté. Parcontre peu de choix niveau restaurants . Taxi très abordable. Propriétaire très accueillant et serviable. A savoir qu'il y a une église en face, de l'autre côté de la rue et celle-ci sonne tout les matins à 8h, mais bon pas tellement dérangeant ! Pour visiter les monuments et les lieux cultes, le métro est vraiment pratique , cela prend seulement Quelques minutes entres chaque quartier ! Métro propre et climatisé :) . On avait aperçu sur les photos une machine à laver mais arriver sur place il n'y en avait pas . Très belle salle de bain . L'appartement est situé dans un quartier assez simple, populaire. Bon séjour malgré tout

- haben ein anderes Appartment als gebucht bekommen - Ausstattung stimmte nicht überein (fehlender Ofen, keine Wanne) - Zustand war nicht modern oder neu (Farbe blätterte von den Wänden ab), Schimmel in der Dusche, Möbel gelb (vermutlich von Rauchern) - wir fühlten uns überhaupt nicht gut betreut, eher betrogen - wir würden diese Appartment auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen

Wonderful stay in Rome

This was a great little apartment for our 3 day stay in Rome. The landlord was a wonderful host. He provided us with a map of the neighborhood and recommended places for dinner, dessert, and shopping. Be sure to check out the pizzeria down the street and the open air market. The apartment is very close to the metro stop (about a 10 minute walk) and allowed us to be close to the city but still mingle with the locals. We will definitely stay here again if we get the chance to return to Rome.

It has been a great stay. We have Arrived at the end of March - beginning of April. The central heating has worked perfectly, water pressure excellent, the apartment is fully equipped. Fantastic Host! (un padrone di casa fantastico)

Michele was a very warming and welcoming host. He speaks very good English and is always happy to help. Being just two girls, we were lucky to have a host that made us feel secure and safe and he offered to show us some of the sights in the city at night. He also took us to the Tiramisu Bar - all different flavours of Tiramisu! & made sure we had a pizza (or 3) from his favourite pizzeria around the corner. Easy to walk to the metro to get about. The apartment is lovely, modern and clean. We were pleasantly surprised! Perfect and spacious for a couple. A laptop was provided for internet use too. Grazie Mille Michele!

Great central location, nice building, cosy flat

This is a cosy, little flat, very conveniently located, close to the Ponte Lungo metro station and the via Tuscolana train station, which connects to the Fiumicino Airport. Sleeps two very confortably, three tightly, and four very tightly. It has everything necessary for a great stay. At the time we rented the flat, the wireless internet service was a bit erratic, and the connection was frequently lost. The washing machine was out of order, but our host made arrangements for laundry services and personally collected and retrieved our clothes. We would recommend this flat to anyone staying in Rome, despite the temporary drawbacks we experienced

Great place

The apartment is very well located, away from the messy historical center, in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Walking distance to subway station Ponte Lungo, and from there 7 minutes to the center. Supermarkets are incredibly close (cheap and less cheap ones). Michele was great, he was the best ! always available, always caring. We didn't get the apartment on the pictures. We got the one on the same building, just right next to it. Also very nice, cozy, tidy and clean, but no oven, no freezer and a 2 ring stove instead, which was also perfect for us. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable for our 5 nights, and at the 3rd one my back was starting to complain... but no biggy! I definitely recommend this flat, and most certainly stay there again if i ever return to Roma.

Home in Rome

The first thing we noticed about the apartment is how incredibly clean it is! Everything was spotless and in place. The apartment fit the four of us comfortably and everything was readily available. We cooked daily as everything needed for cooking was available. All appliances worked fine except for the washing machine. But Michele was so nice to send our laundry to the laundromat and return it on the same day. Transportation was not a problem. The tube was a few minutes walk away and so easy to use. Our stay was made even more pleasant with Michele's kind hospitality. He showed us how everything worked and provided a laptop for our use. He even printed out a map of the neighborhood for us to get around easily. Its a safe neighborhood. We are a group of four girls and encountered no problems. If we were to come back to Rome, we would definitely come back to stay here. We already consider it our little home in Rome. Thank you again Michele for all your help :)

No need to stay in city centre(STAY HERE)

Like previous reviewers,everything is as advertised & more.The neighborhood is fantastic....markets,restaurants,shopping...etc all within 5 minutes walk. The transport links are inexpensive & plentifull...not more than 5-10 minutes for a bus or metro to anywhere in or out of Rome. Walking distance 25-30 minutes to the Collosseum,Via Appia Antica(Catacombes) Michele`s walk throught of the apartement was complete...We will be back.

Fantastic apartment

This is a great apartment, everything provided, easy walking to Metro and handy to supermarket for supplies. Owner Michele gave great service , from prompt replies to emails etc. and meeting us at the apartment on arrival and explaining appliances etc. Highly recommend this unit, great value, quiet area for those preferring self catering to sometimes noisy hotels. PETIT APPARTEMENT COQUET

Joli petit appartement coquet, propre, et bien agencé malgré ses 40 m². La chambre est grande. Le canapé-lit dans le salon est un peu petit pour 2 adultes. Les propriétaires, très gentils, vivent au-dessus et sont très serviables, si besoin. Appartement situé dans un quarier calme (à part les cloches matinales, mais on est à ROME ! ) tout près de la station de métro et de commerces, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et je recommande cet appartement.

Un endroit très calme

Nous avons loué cet appartement pendant une durée de 3 semaines. Le propriétaire et ses parents (qui habitent au dessu) sont très sympathiques. Le métro était en travaux de maintennce, mais les 3 bus alentours nous ont permis de nous déplacer aisément dans Rome. L'appartement est situé près d'un supermarché et d'une pharmacie. L'appartement est très bien équipé et nous a semblé adapté à nos 2 enfants (5 et 2 ans). Petite précision : l'appartement étant semi-enterré, il est impossible de sortir par l'une des fenêtres en cas d'incendie... Nous recommandons cet appartement à des personnes qui, comme nous, apprécient la tranquilité et les déplacements en bus.

Very nice apartment

The apartment was very good. Ideal for a couple. The apartment is well furnished and easily sleeps 4. The location is great in a quite residential neighbourhood. It was rightly priced. Michele was very friendly and helpful. The only concern was that there was no microwave. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

We LOVE this apartment!!!

This apartment is absolutely stunning!! Only really suitable for a couple or for three people, but it is great. All ammenities are near and the metro station is 10 minutes walk away. It is located close enough so that you don't have to travel far, but far away enough to get a more cultural feel. The area is incredibly safe and everyone is very helpful. We would definately stay here again!! The apartment owner is very friendly and also the people who live in the block. The apartment is modern, and it is like a home away from home. I'd recommend it as being the perfect place to stay.
