Set within the Guest Wing of a beautifully restored farmhouse, your private queen room is bright, comfortable, and stylishly appointed, with lovely south-facing views toward the Marlborough Downs. USB ports, quality bedding, and quiet surroundings ensure a restful stay.

Furzen Farmhouse is located on the edge of Cirencester in a quiet rural pocket with secure on-site parking and stunning views. Just a 5-minute drive into town, you’ll have easy access to:
- Local shops, restaurants, cafés, and pubs
- Cirencester Park & Polo Club
- Kemble Station (trains to London)
- Day trips across the Cotswolds – Bibury, Tetbury, Bourton-on-the-Water, and more

Road links are excellent, with the A419, A40, M4, and M5 all easily accessible.


House Rules
- No pets – To protect our animals and maintain a clean environment, we do not allow pets on the property.
- No smoking indoors – Guests are welcome to smoke outside, away from the building.
- Not suitable for children aged 2–8 – Due to safety considerations and the rural nature of the property, we are unable to accommodate young children in this age group.
- Quiet hours respected – Please be mindful of noise, particularly in the evenings, to maintain the peaceful atmosphere.
- Equestrian areas are private – For your safety, please do not enter the stables, arenas, or paddocks unless accompanied by a host. Feeding the horses or our cat is not permitted.
- Check-in by 21:00 – We kindly ask that you arrive before 9pm. Early check-in is only possible with prior arrangement, as we schedule horse routines around guest arrivals.
- No parties or events – Unless agreed with us in advance.


Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.

- Early payment is allowed (note: card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).


Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival

We are Anne Marie and Andy, and we live in the main wing of the farmhouse. We’re always happy to greet you on arrival and are nearby if you need anything during your stay — or just fancy a chat. We love sharing this beautiful corner of the Cotswolds with our guests and are happy to provide tips or offer a tour of the equestrian facilities upon request.

Please do your best to let us know your arrival time - do not arrive before 3pm unless agreed in advance as we schedule the exercising of our horses around arrival times. We kindly ask that guests do not feed or engage with the horses, or enter into their stables, arenas or paddocks. We are sometimes able to give a tour of the equestrian facilities - please enquire in advance.

No dogs or other pets allowed, please do not feed our cat. No parties unless pre-arranged.
