Villa Old Town is a fantastically spacious 3 bedroom property with sea views and a magnificent roof terrace. With a bright open plan living area and a fantastic pool terrace you'll find yourself unwinding in no time. Located just a short walk from the restaurants and bars of Funchal's vibrant Old Town, it's the perfect place to explore the city from. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Within a 10 minute walk of the fantastic bars and restaurants of Funchal's Old Town, this villa is in a wonderful location. You'll find a lovely lido round the corner from the villa where you can rent a sun lounger and take a relaxing dip in the sea. Being so close to the action, the roof terrace has fantastic views across the city and is an incredible place from which to watch the New Year's Eve fireworks. A choice of supermarkets is just a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk from the villa.

Main pool: 7.5 x 2.4 mtr, 0.9 - 1.4 mtr depth

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.

Madeira Municipality Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 13 and over, for the first 7 nights. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
