The lodge offers everything from access to a private beach, magnificent views of the famous Erskine Bridge and direct access of Boden Boo Park. Enjoy a warm cup of hot chocolate in front of any of the indoor fireplaces or spot the exquisite wild life from the cosy window nook. Perfect for a slow life getaway.
The Space:
Surrounded by history, woodlands and water, Ferry Lodge is a perfect escape away from the business and noise of everyday life. Located just 20 minutes from Glasgow, the property has been thoughtfully refurbished to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests to unwind and appreciate the finer things life has to offer. On the inside, Ferry Lodge features 2 bedrooms, an open plan kitchen and dining area, living space with a large window nook to enjoy the scenery, 2 working fire places, gym, yoga space and working area.
The interior of Ferry Lodge is inspired by the previous occupant of the quaint residence: the old Erskine Ferry Master. Paying tribute to the hard work and importance of his role on the River Clyde and its pivotal role in the Industrial Revolution, driving global maritime power and shaping the identity of Glasgow and Scotland.
On the ground floor, guests will find a charming king-sized bedroom, the bathroom, an open-plan kitchen that flows into the dining area and cozy living room. As you ascend to the upper floor from the master bedroom up the spiral stair case, the allure continues a yoga studio and a designated desk area providing an ideal workspace for those needing to stay connected. An additional double bedroom is comfortably located above the kitchen area.

The house is also perfectly positioned for guests wanting to explore Loch Lomond and the surrounding area. Balloch, which is at the head of the loch can be reached in 20 minutes by car. If guests do not have access to a car we are able to arrange a driver service for an additional cost.
