The apartment entrance welcomes you into a large, colorful lounge with comfy sofas and a relaxing armchair and footstool, accompanied by a sturdy oak dining table and chairs, with matching coffee table, ideal for cozy evenings or more formal dining. The adjoining kitchen is spacious and well equipped incorporating a pleasing range of attractively integrated appliances, ideal for home catering. The central hallway leads to 3 brightly decorated bedrooms and include 1 Master King sized bedroom with ensuite bathroom/Bathtub, and 2 twin bedrooms sharing a second bathroom with separate shower cubicle. Large kitchen patio doors lead to the ornately tiled circular table with chairs, making this a perfect breakfast spot, or a place to simply relax and enjoy a glass or two.
OUTSIDE AMENITIES
The patio overlooks the Residents shared swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip at any time of the day. Well maintained, the water is crisp and clean offering an early morning exercise opportunity for adults, or a diversion for the kids at the end of a tiring beach day!
PARKING AND ACCESS
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is first floor with elevator access. Access to private garage space. Wheelchair slopes are installed at the side of stairs.
