Duplex apartment in gated community, located on the top floor (2nd), with elevator from the basement parking, very spacious and comfortably furnished with all conditions. On the entrance floor has:
 * A living / dining room with a large sofa, LCD TV with cable TV (about 100 channels), WIFI router, DVD player and table for 6 people.
* Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, hob, oven, toaster, electric coffee maker with permanent filter, espresso machine (for exclusive use of 'Nespresso' coffee capsules), fridge (combined) and water heater .
On the same floor is a full bathroom, a spacious bedroom with double bed, baby bed, large wardrobe and a balcony and another bedroom with twin beds and wardrobe.

At the top there is a large lounge with double bed area, child bed (single), sofa area, LCD TV with cable TV (about 100 channels), DVD player as well as toilet, dressing area and a small terrace.

Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living rooms.

The apartment has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable home from home stay. The Hosts were very welcoming and left us some some gifts and essential provisions. Communication with them during our stay was very good. Great location. Will definitely stay again.

A big thanks to José, Olga and her team for all their support with our extended visit in Tavira. José has a beautiful apartment in Tavira old town and Olga and team had the property ready and stocked the frig with the basics , milk, juice, beer and a nice bottle of wine.

First class accomodation

Cannot rate this accommodation highly enough. Absolutely fantastic stay! The accommodation was in an excellent location close to everything we needed. The facilities were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly from start to finish. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great apartment and great location

Nothing more you could ask for, apartment has all the utensils you need and is super close to the town centre. Loved it so much we booked for next year whilst staying.

The property was excellent, we loved the complex and swimming pool.The apartment was spacious and very well presented. It was also fully equipped with everything you might need. The check in and out service was welcoming and efficient.The location of the apartment was very convenient right in the centre of Tavira. We loved going to the fabulous beaches near Tavira and especially taking the boat ride to the Island of Tavira. The evenings were often spent in the beautiful nearby restaurants. Overall a wonderful stay we will definitely be back!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Tavira. Apartment is even nicer than the photos in a stunning location just a few minutes walk to the riverfront and restaurants. Easy to catch the ferry over to the island. Jose was a perfect host and Olga was fantastic to meet and greet us on arrival. Can’t fault anything about the apartment , great value and just perfect in every way! The shared pool was also nice to cool off at the end of the day and there are loungers at the apartment you can take down if you wish to. Thank you Jose for a brilliant stay.

Perfect location

The owner provided amenities which made this stay enjoyable. The unit was clean and comfortable. Also, the location was central to Tavira. A car is not necessary in that everything was in walking distance. I'm not sure that we could have picked a better location.

Excellent property

We absolutely loved our time here, large apartment, clean tidy with everything you could possible need for our stay. The apartment is in a perfect location a short walk to the supermarket, the town, local sites and to the ferry that takes you to the beautiful island. A food hamper with crackers, milk, juice, wine etc was there for our arrival and the apartment had all the essentials for our stay, we couldn’t have asked for more. We had such a lovely stay we’re looking to book for next year.

Fabulous apartment, right in the heart of places to eat, shop. Well equipped if you want to say in and cook. Boat 5 mins away to get to beach. Would highly recommend.

Another great stay!

Another great winter stay in Tavira! Thanks again to Mr. Barrias for allowing us to rent his condo. The location is great for walking to all the local services and for touring around the Algarve and into Spain The condo is fully equipped to meet all your needs for daily living. The owner and his property manager Olga, and her staff, are very helpful and available if needed. We will be back!!

Lovely apartment, it was spotlessly clean with all the amenities we needed.We didn’t need to buy any essentials such as basics cleaning supplies spice and condiments.The kitchen utensils were better than home.The beds were very comfy and there was ample room for our family of 5.The are was very central but was very quite at night.Tavira is magical, very historic and beautiful, lots of wonderful places to eat ( we recommend Nikita ) entertainment in the square and lots of markets.Although there is lots going on it feels very relaxed family orientated and not rowdy.We love portugal and have been lucky enough to visit a lot of the algarve but nowhere as pretty as Tavira.We would love to come again !

Brilliant apartment, great stay

Best apartment we've stayed in, worldwide and we've stayed in a few! We've never stayed in an apartment so well equipped, has an abundance of cutlery, crockery and appliances, everything you could possibly need and a lovely welcome hamper. Great location, right in town. Really peaceful. Owner Jose and agent Olga both extremely helpful and reply to messages instantly. Highly recommended

Perfect location

Great apartment in very central location and quiet area. First time in Tavira but couldn’t fault the apartment with everything you need for a great stay. Lots of bars and restaurants very close by. Sun hits the front of the apartment in the morning and then again at the back around 3pm til sunset. There is a pool but we didn’t go there and it didnt appear to be used by anyone else. Would definitely stay here again. A fantastic holiday!

I have stayed in this complex in various apartments many times but never in this apartment before. No negative aspects to report, the apartment is beautifully presented, with everything you need for a home from home! fabulous three bed apartment in centre of Tavira

Firstly, communication with the owner and his supporting staff was always responsive and Olga is a treasure as she is kindly sending back some items that we left behind. We stayed in the apartment for four weeks and found it spacious, modern and provided everything we needed for our stay. The neighbours are friendly as were all the local people we met. The area is fabulous with some beautiful buildings and cobbled streets leading to the river front which has plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. There are also historical sites and the train and bus station are within easy walking distance. We would love to stay again in the near future.
