CASA NINHO - 1 BEDROOM COTTAGE

Step into a bright, fresh interior designed for comfort and ease, with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for meals indoors, and an adjoining lounge featuring two comfortable chairs, a plush sofa, and a SMART TV plus reliable Wi-Fi supplied by Starlink. The king-size bedroom includes a wardrobe, a private bathroom with a rustic walk-in shower, and a sofa bed for extra sleeping space if needed.



Outside, a shaded dining terrace is perfect for sunny breakfasts, leisurely lunches, or romantic al fresco dinners, while the private plunge pool, tucked behind a rustic wall, offers complete privacy and a refreshing place to relax. The property is all on one level with no stairs, ensuring easy access throughout.



ANDORINHA HOUSE - 2 BEDROOM COTTAGE

If you prefer a rustic, traditional cottage, this is for you! Featuring stone walls, beamed ceilings, and natural tiled floors, this choice offers an authentic, timeless feel. The spacious wooden kitchen with a large dining table leads to a cozy lounge with two sofas a SMART TV and reliable WIFI connection supplied by Starlink. The main house has a twin bedroom with an adjoining bathroom and walk in shower, while a king-size bedroom in a nearby annex offers privacy.



Outside, a large terrace with a wooden dining table, bench seating, and an above-ground plunge pool provides the perfect setting for sunny breakfasts, relaxing lunches, or al fresco dinners. The main property is all on one level, with easy access throughout, and the annex is reached via a stone pathway which has several small steps.



CASA ALVORADA - 2 BEDROOM COTTAGE

Step into a warm and welcoming rustic interior, where traditional wooden furniture and exposed beams create an attractive open-plan living space perfect for couples or families. The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into a large wooden dining table, ideal for shared meals, while at the other side, a cozy lounge with a comfy sofa, two chairs, and a SMART TV provides a relaxing spot to unwind. To the rear, two beautifully appointed bedrooms—a king-size and a twin—plus a walk-in shower make this the ideal family escape.



Casa Alvaroda comes alive as the heart of shared memories. This is the heart and meeting point for the 3 cottages where friends and family can come together, A large wooden dining table accommodates 10+ guests for long, leisurely lunches, al fresco dinners under the stars, or a traditional BBQ. The above-ground plunge pool offers a refreshing retreat on sunny days, making it the perfect place to relax, laugh, and soak up the serene countryside surroundings. The property is all on one level with no stairs, ensuring easy access throughout.



GENERAL NOTES



GETTING TO CALLEBANDA - The Callebanda cottages are located in beautifully picturesque countryside. There are no public transport links or amenities within walking distance, so it is essential that you have the use of a car when staying at this property.



ACCESS ROADS - From the main road to Callebanda (Barrocal), the route leads directly off a tarmacked road and then continues along a terrain track for approximately 800 meters. The track is fully passable, but care is advised. During the winter months, the dry riverbed may occasionally fill with water. If this happens, an alternative route will be provided.



PARKING - Ample parking is available within the property grounds, with space for several cars.



POOL MAINTENANCE - The plunge pools are maintained regularly to ensure your comfort and safety.



CLEANING SERVICES - For stays of 10 nights or longer, fresh sheets and a mid-stay cleaning service are provided.



Air Conditioning - Each cottage is equipped with air conditioning to keep the space cool in summer and provide supplemental warmth in winter.



WINTER RENTALS - Each cottage includes a traditional wood burner. An unlimited supply of logs is provided for stays between 1 November and 31 March.



Wi-Fi - Reliable high-speed internet is available throughout the property, supplied via Starlink.



TV - Each cottage features a Smart TV, compatible with Firesticks, Netflix, and Amazon Prime accounts.

•AIMA (Borders Authority): US law requires us to collect passport details for all non-US guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.

•Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.



GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION

For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:

•You will verify your personal details.

•You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
