Adjacent to this cozy lounge area with its splashes of colour, an extended dining table invites you to savor elegant meals. or Large patio windows bathe the room in natural sunlight and offer views of the glistening swimming pool. Also featured - a desk and workspace is available for those who have to check in with loved ones or work!



Kitchen: Curving right, you'll discover an amazing kitchen, fully equipped with a superb range of modern appliances and a generous array of utensils and crockery, complemented by shiny work surfaces providing a practical food preparation for tasty holiday meals and snacks! Conveniently, a back door leads to the outdoor dining area, all creating the perfect environment where budding holiday chefs can create their culinary delights.



Bedroom: Continuing on the ground floor, from the entrance hall on your right, you'll find a guest bedroom thoughtfully designed for those who prefer to avoid stairs. This room features a comfortable king size bed with private bathroom for added convenience.



FIRST FLOOR BEDROOMS

Ascend the stairs to discover two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each boasting its own ensuite shower facilities. Located at the front of the house, the rooms offer king-size beds and a private balcony with views overlooking the neighbouring rooftops. ALL bedrooms are installed with Air Conditioning and have Smart TVs for your enjoyment.

Step outside to an impressive array of outdoor amenities. The inviting 10m x 5m blue pool beckons for swimming and leisurely play. Sunbeds are scattered on the surrounding terraces for sunbathers. There are no steps leading to the villa, but there are stairs to the first floor bedrooms. Parking within the residential zone, in front of the house.
