Villa with private pool and garden located in Manerba del Garda, in a small residential complex in a very quiet area, close to the lake.

The Villa, equipped with free Wi-Fi internet connection, welcomes guests with a large living room featuring a comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen Smart TV with international SAT channels, a dining area with a beautiful table and chairs, and a spacious modern kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine and toaster. A guest bathroom with sink and WC is available on the ground floor.
The living room and kitchen overlook the beautiful private covered porch, equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners with a lovely view of the pool and private garden!

On the upper floor of the villa there are two bedrooms: the first, large and master, has a double bed, wardrobes and a balcony with a glimpse of the lake; the second has two single beds. The first floor is completed by a bathroom equipped with shower, sink, bidet and WC. The villa has air conditioning in all first-floor bedrooms and in the ground-floor living room.

A staircase leads to the lower floor of the villa, where there is an additional bedroom with a sofa bed for two people.
The lower floor also includes another bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, WC, and a laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The private pool of the Villa is available from May 1st to September 30th.
Guests can park two cars in the private garage and one in the outdoor parking space (dimensions: width 3.70 m, length 9 m, height 2.20 m).

Guests may request a baby cot and a high chair at an extra cost of €10 per night each.
Pets are allowed upon request with a small extra fee.

Self check-in is available: a few days before arrival, all necessary instructions to access the property independently will be provided.
Upon arrival or a few days prior, payment of a tourist tax may be required; the amount varies according to local regulations.

Manerba del Garda lies among the gentle hills of the Valtenesi region, surrounded by greenery and local farms offering tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, horseback excursions, typical cuisine in local trattorias and beautiful golf courses.
The area also offers numerous well-equipped campsites and holiday villages, easily reachable by bus and connected to the main attractions of the lake. The heart of the village is dominated by the evocative Rocca di Manerba, a panoramic cliff overlooking the lake, perfect for relaxing walks in the Natural Park, from which one can enjoy breathtaking views over most of Lake Garda and its islands.

The Villa is approximately 20 minutes by car from Desenzano train station and 40 minutes from Verona airport.
