Welcome to Casa Venado 🌿

Designed and lovingly remodeled by us Ire and Juan, in collaboration with local Yucatecan architects and engineers.

Casa Venado is located in a quiet, family-friendly area of Mérida Caucel, right across from a tree-lined park. The bedrooms overlook the greenery, and the peaceful atmosphere—birds in the morning included—makes it ideal for rest and disconnecting from the city.

Despite the calm setting, the house is less than a 5-minute drive from Mérida’s ring road, with wide streets, bike lanes, and a nearby shopping plaza for everyday needs.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living room to relax, read, or enjoy a good conversation —or spend a quiet afternoon with board games—, a spacious dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, designed to make cooking easy and enjoyable, even for longer stays. There is also a half bathroom for added convenience.

🍳The kitchen features an induction cooktop, microwave, and coffee makers, perfect for starting the day with a calm cup of coffee or preparing a relaxed dinner after exploring the city. The entire home offers hot and cold water, as well as air conditioning and ceiling fans, ensuring comfort at any time of day.

🚗The house includes private on-site parking with space for a medium-sized car or SUV, making arrivals and departures simple and secure.

🛏On the upper floor, you’ll find the bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom features a King-size bed and the other a Queen-size bed, both with comfortable mattresses and pillows, as well as reading lamps and desks, ideal for restful sleep.

🌿Outside, the private terrace with exclusive-use pool is one of the most special areas of the home. A space designed to relax and gather, a peaceful corner that invites you to disconnect and enjoy at your own pace.
