Veel ruimte. Prettig contact via mail en whatsapp. Goede wifi. Geen televisie. Ver uit het centrum (Plaza Principal), geen goede horeca in de naaste omgeving. Bij het meubilair is vooral op design gelet, niet op comfort. Geen prettige stoelen. Koffie en drinkwater aanwezig. Rustige maar verwaarloosde buurt. Achterstallig onderhoud in douches: douchekoppen zijn aan vervanging toe, gladde vloer en geen beugels om je vast te houden.
