Landscaped garden with private swimming pool (8×4 m), sun loungers and umbrellas, outdoor shower, shaded dining area, BBQ facilities, and private parking. Rooftop terrace features a jacuzzi and lounge space ideal for sunset views.

Baby cot available on request (extra charge). Villa layout suits families, but pool is unfenced.



Accessibility:

Multi-level villa with stairs; not suitable for guests with limited mobility.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa, private pool, garden, rooftop terrace with jacuzzi, and parking. No shared facilities.



The Neighborhood:

Set in the quiet and unspoiled area of Ayia Triada. A Blue Flag sandy beach is just 150 m away. Shops and restaurants are within 600–700 m. Protaras is a 5 km drive, with Ayia Napa slightly further. Cape Greco’s nature reserve, cycling paths, and hiking trails are nearby.



Getting Around:

Car recommended for exploring the area. Private on-site parking available. Approximately 40 minutes’ drive from Larnaca International Airport. Transfers and concierge services available on request.



Other Things to Note:

Security deposit: Refundable €600 per stay, required prior to check-in.



Electricity allowance: Includes 80 kWh per day. Excess usage is charged at €0.28 per kWh, calculated over the total stay.



Check-in / Check-out: Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and charged at 100% of the nightly rate.



Non-smoking villa. No parties or events without prior approval.
