The bedrooms include three doubles and a master double, serviced by a bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin, and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, firepit, and outdoor pizza oven, along with off-road parking for multiple cars. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Town Farm is a fantastic base for exploring Suffolk.
