Parking & Storage: Private off-road parking is provided for two cars. Shared barn storage for bicycles or canoes is available upon request.
Water Supply: The property is served by a borehole that provides water filtered through an ultraviolet filtration system and regularly tested to ensure it is safe for drinking.
Septic Tank: Waste is collected in a communal septic tank, away from the property. Please do not dispose of sanitary items or wet wipes in the toilet. Instead, use the bins provided and refrain from using cleaning products containing bleach.
Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided; however, towels are not included. Please ensure you bring your own.
Family Amenities: A travel cot and a high chair are available on request (please bring your own cot bedding).
Important Rules: Smoking and vaping (including e-cigarettes) are strictly prohibited. Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at the property.
