Ideally located for an authentic stay, Pedro Alexandrino Residence is located in a quiet area of Lisbon, very well served by bus lines, and near the famous 28 tram stop.
The 7 apartments are equipped with wifi, air conditioning, flat-screen hd tv with international channels, private terrace or balcony overlooking a shared garden decorated with red berries, fruit trees and aromatics plants. All apartements have been renovated in 2016.
Large studio (25 m2) with a beautiful river view, it can accomodate 2 guests. It has a modern fully equipped kitchen (hot plates, oven, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, coffee maker), one double bed (2 beds of 90x200 cm), a closet and a large bathroom with shower.
Enjoy the little private terrace for brunch and admire the river view !
Air conditionning / WI-FI / Flat screen hd tv with international channels are available in the property.
