The interiors of Villa Argentia span three levels, offering spacious, bright rooms with meticulous attention to detail. Each floor is designed to ensure privacy, comfort, and a pleasant stay for groups and families.

Ground Floor – The heart of daily life is on the ground floor, where a spacious living area opens up with two comfortable sofas, a television, and large windows overlooking the garden and the pool. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for those who love to cook: a hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric grill, kitchen utensils, and everything you need to prepare meals to share. Rounding out the floor is a cosy dining room and a full bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Finally, there is a convenient laundry room with additional space to store luggage.

First Floor – Going up to the ground floor, you’ll find the sleeping area, which consists of three cosy bedrooms, all elegantly furnished and equipped with individual air conditioning, so each guest can adjust the temperature to their liking.
The bedrooms feature comfortable beds, ample closet space, and windows that let in natural light. This floor also features a modern bathroom equipped with a shower and towels.

Second Floor – On the top floor, you’ll find a truly special space. Here you’ll find the fourth bedroom, which also features independent air conditioning, ideal for those seeking greater privacy.
Adjacent to the bedroom is a large additional room—a versatile space that can be transformed into a private study, a relaxation area, a reading nook, or a playroom perfect for children.

Outside, you’ll find a fully fenced private garden with a walkway and driveway, on-site parking, and a stunning view of the mountains. The private saltwater pool (maximum depth 1.50 m) features a patio with lounge chairs, a beach umbrella, and an outdoor shower—ideal for relaxing while enjoying the mountain views.
