Welcome to our home-from-home in the heart of Lincoln! This charming bungalow offers a peaceful retreat just a short stroll from the city centre, with shops, cafés, bars, restaurants, parks and cultural attractions right on your doorstep.
Ideal for small families or couples, the property combines modern comfort with a central location, making it the perfect base for exploring Lincoln and enjoying a memorable city break.
The space
Arrive at this recently renovated bungalow, perfectly located just a few minutes’ walk from historic Lincoln, home to the city’s iconic Castle and Cathedral. Combining comfort with convenience, it’s an ideal choice for couples or small families looking for a peaceful base close to everything.
Set behind private gates, the drive offers parking for two cars plus additional space on the road. Step inside through the dedicated dog and boot room, the ideal spot to dry off muddy paws or leave walking shoes after a day exploring.
From here, you’ll find a bright garden room, a lovely sun trap with a table and chair for morning coffee or evening drinks. This flows into a private office, perfect for catching up on work while the rest of the family relaxes.
The spacious hallway features a side cabinet filled with board games for cosy evenings in. To the left, the open-plan living and dining area includes a generous table, a plush sofa, and two armchairs, all arranged to capture views of the garden and rolling Lincolnshire countryside. A Smart TV and reliable Wi-Fi ensure easy downtime after a busy day.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a relaxed self-catering stay - a Nespresso machine, family-sized fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, and a handy larder for your holiday supplies.
The first bedroom offers twin single beds (can be made into a king bed), a dresser, and a comfortable armchair, ideal for children or friends sharing.
