Modern ground-floor apartment in Manerba del Garda, located within the “San Sivino” Residence, featuring a swimming pool, playground, large shared green areas, and direct access to the beach and the lake.



The apartment offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms. Guests are welcomed into a bright living area with a sofa bed that converts into a double bed, dining table with chairs, Smart TV, and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with an induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster.

The living room opens onto a covered porch with an outdoor table, offering a beautiful view of the lake and the residence park.



The apartment also includes a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, WC, and washing machine.



Guests have access to a private outdoor parking space located inside the courtyard of the San Sivino Residence.



The shared swimming pool is available from May 1st to September 30th.

A baby cot and high chair can be requested at an extra cost of €5 per night each.

Pets are allowed upon request, with a small additional fee.



Self check-in is available: a few days before arrival, guests will receive all necessary instructions to access the property independently.

At the time of arrival or shortly before, payment of the tourist tax may be requested; the amount is subject to local regulations.



Manerba del Garda lies among the gentle hills of the Valtenesi area, surrounded by greenery and farms offering tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C wines, horse riding excursions, traditional local cuisine in trattorias, and beautiful golf courses.



The area also offers several well-serviced campsites and holiday villages, easily reachable by bus and connected to the main attractions around the lake. The heart of the town is protected by the charming Rocca di Manerba, a panoramic cliff overlooking the lake, ideal for relaxing walks in the Natural Park and offering breathtaking views over much of Lake Garda and its islands.



The apartment is about 20 minutes by car from Desenzano train station and 40 minutes from the nearest airport.
