Amazing 2-Bed Home w/ Private Garden Free Parking
Stylish and spacious, ground floor home with chic and cosy living areas. Back garden. Super fast Fibre broadband. Good sized dining area - can be used as an office. Free on street parking, local shop less than a one minute walk. 5 minute walk to the train station. 8 min travel time into Glasgow City Centre. STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE. STRICTLY NO PARTIES. ONLY GUESTS ON BOOKING ARE ALLOWED INTO THE PROPERTY. PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBOURS Living Area: Large 4K TV with Sky tv and access to all your streaming platforms Comfy L shaped sofa with ottoman to make it extra cosy and a swivel char Kitchen: fridge/freezer and washer and dryer. Iron and ironing board included. Dishwasher and fully functioning cooker. Lots of spices you can help yourself to. I will be on call if you require assistance with anything. 5 minute walk to the train station with an 8 min travel time into Glasgow City Centre. 12 minute drive from Glasgow Airport. 10 minute drive to the SSE Hydro (or 11 minute train journey). 10 minute drive to Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Kelvingrove Park in Glasgow’s cosmopolitan West End. Selection of eateries and Morrisons within walking distance. Bellahouston Park - 5 min drive. Pollok Country Park - 8 min drive.
