It has thick stone walls with original cornices and rose ceilings. There are other original features. It has spacious and well proportioned living room, bedroom and shower room. It has been recently renovated and decorated. The large windows let the sun in allowing loads of natural light in. The kitchen is compact but well stocked with everything you could need to cook a meal, May you wish to stay in. The bedroom has a comfortable bed with a 13.5 tog duvet that guarantees keep you warm in the cold Glasgow winter nights. There is ample storage and hanging space . The building has friendly neighbours who have lived there with their families for several years. The area has several convenient shops just across the streets. A small stroll to the left of the front door will take you to several local restaurants and coffee shops. Shawlands and it’s busy social bohemian life is also a short walk away. Queens Park is ideal for a relaxing walk. Free on street parking is available all around the neighbourhood. Holmlie Road (to the right) has several bus going to Glasgow and Mount Florida train station is only round the corner with trains to Glasgow every 15 minutes.
