This is the newest suite in the Experience the Lofts in Iola, Kansas. Complete in March, 2017, it is the most luxurious to date. It is rich in history and decor. This is a 120 year old building on the largest town square in the United States. This building faces the courthouse and overlooks a large clock. We spared no expense in making this the best that can be found in Iola, Kansas. Come check this one out!

Weekend baseball games!

Home away from home

Great experience renting this property. Terry was excellent and easy to get in contact with for any concern that I may have had. The loft is clean and inviting and sooooo much better than staying at a stale cookie cutter hotel room. I truly felt relaxed and at home. Everything you could need was in the loft and everything was clean and smelled great. If I'm ever in the area again, I hope I'm able to stay here.

While visiting family in Iola this property provided us with clean & secure surroundings. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative comment is that it is on the second floor and made it impossible for my family to visit us here since they have health issues that prevent them from climbing stairs.

Great stay!

I actually stayed in the Wheeler Suite and it was wonderful. I would highly recommend this property. The check-in process was very efficient and I received lots of great information from the owner. View from the suite was very relaxing...apartment was very quiet. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is supplied. If I work in the area again, I will make every effort to secure this apartment. Thanks again.
