Experience the Lofts- at the Powell Suite on the historic square in Iola, Kansas
This suite was finished in August of 2015. This was the first suite to overlook the beautiful and historical Iola square. The building may be 110 years old but you would not know it from the inside. New cabinetry, granite countertops, and new bathroom vanity with tub/shower combination. You are center stage overlooking the Allen County courthouse and the Clock. Fully equipped with modern kitchen and nice decor.

Perfect Stay
We loved this loft! It was beautiful and very clean. Check in and out was simple. Everything was very well supplied. The view of the beautiful town square is huge with the front being all windows. We enjoyed our weekend visiting our grandson who is in school at Allen Community. We will definitely rent this property again.

Awesome Loft
This loft was such an unbelievable find in our small home town! This loft provides a modern atmosphere with a fantastic view of the Iola square. Attention to detail provides a very comfy feeling. Terry and his wife have given so much thought to the design of the lofts! We can't wait to return for a stay!
