In the Master you have a Queen Size bed. The Living room has a Queen Size sleeper sofa which can accommodate 2 comfortably, sleeping 4 altogether. Your condo is fully furnished and equipped with stove, full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker with coffee included, flatware, glassware and all of the cookware you need to enjoy yourself.

You are actually located in historic downtown Newport in this condo and you can take in all of the sights that makes this such a fantastic water town: from the Cliff Walk, Bellevue Ave. Mansions, Tennis Hall of Fame, and a huge selection of restaurants and shops. An array of watersports awaits you from enjoying the beach in season, sailing, fishing, scuba diving, or just watching the sun set over the Newport Harbor bridge. You won't want to go back home!

Newport waterfront

Perfect location. Check in was easy and staff was pleasant. Unit was clean and well kept. Owner was accommodating and easy to work with. Would definitely look to stay again when in Newport.

Amazing location, condo is as described in listing. Free parking included as well as a really nice rooftop. Water views were a nice extra as well! Highly recommend!

Great views and location

Location was great. View from unit was amazing. We really enjoyed a cocktail on roof deck before dinner. Check in was easy but most of staff at place was not overly friendly. Have recommended to others already. Woukd definitely stay again.
