The house is located in scenic surroundings with good paths for walking and cycling – also ideal if the family's four-legged member is coming on holiday. At the same time, it is a short walk to Gl. Skagen, the wide beach and the charming harbour area. The holiday home has been continuously renovated and in 2025 it was extended with a beautiful annex, which adds extra space and flexibility. The annex is furnished with a bedroom, bathroom, cosy alcove and table tennis table – perfect for older children, grandparents or friends who want a little privacy. The property has a total area of 110 m² and is suitable for up to 6 people. The layout makes the house ideal for a modern family or 3 couples who want plenty of space and high comfort. There are two bathrooms, modern facilities and a bright, inviting atmosphere, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. The house is situated on a 900 m² natural plot with space for play and outdoor life. For the children, there is a swing and sandpit, and there is a large playground nearby where they can burn off some energy, while the adults can enjoy the outdoors on the open or covered terrace. After a day at the beach, you can rinse off under the outdoor shower. The outdoor shower can only be used during the summer months. There is, of course, parking at the house as well as a socket for charging electric cars. The sleeping areas are divided into 3 bedrooms and an alcove. There are 2 double beds, 2 single beds and 2 sleeping places in the alcove. The annexe has 4 beds in 1 bedroom and 1 alcove – ideal for those who want a little extra peace and quiet. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, convection oven and dishwasher, making cooking a pleasure – even when the whole family is together. For entertainment and relaxation, there is a Smart TV, Apple TV and Chromecast, as well as access to Danish and foreign TV channels. Wireless internet is of course available throughout the property.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
