Located in a peaceful residential area and only a short 400mt walk to the beach, the flat consists of a spacious bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed, a complete bathroom with a shower box, and a bright living/dining area equipped with a kitchenette, a sofa bed, and a charming furnished balcony. The property can host up to five guests. It comes with a TV-sat, a safe, and A/C is available at an extra daily cost (check below). The residence also includes one dedicated parking space for each apartment and offers tranquil communal areas with picnic tables and benches, as well as a small playground for younger guests. Please note, the building does not have a lift.
