Villa Fosca is situated in Palazzuolo sul Senio, a charming municipality known for its medieval origin and scenic nature. The area is surrounded by dense forests, hiking and trekking are popular here, with trails leading through the Apennine. Shops and restaurants are only 100m from the villa. The town hosts several festivals that celebrate local traditions, including food and wine fairs.

The 800 sqm villa offers stunning views of the garden, a private swimming pool (10m x 5m, with a maximum depth of 1.5m; opening date 15/4, closing date 30/9), and an outdoor hot tub that can accommodate up to four people.

It develops over three levels

Ground Floor:
This level features a spacious dining room with seating for 20, an equipped professional kitchen, a utility room, and two bathrooms equipped with a WC and sink.

First Floor (accessible via 20 steps):
The first floor boasts a welcoming living room furnished with three large sofas, an elegant fireplace, a round table with chairs, sideboards, a billiard table, and an italian gaming table. A small kitchen is also available on this level. From here, guests can access the garden, pool, and terrace with a covered patio, complete with a large dining table for 20 guests.

Second Floor:
This level comprises five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms additionally features a luxurious in-room tub.
