The 180 m2 villa features a spacious living area with an open kitchen and large sliding doors that seamlessly connect the indoors with the terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, double fridge and Nespresso machine.

All three bedrooms have comfortable boxspring beds, air conditioning, TV and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers and toilets.

Outside you’ll find a covered terrace with private pool with bench, a dining table, lounge set, sun loungers, outdoor shower and BBQ — all overlooking the golf course. The temperature remains ideal thanks to the cooling breeze. The white beach of Blue Bay is a 5-minute walk away and free for guests.
