Casa Europa is located in a quiet area of the town with a pleasant view of the mountains that overlook Arenzano. You can also enjoy a pleasant view of the town with the houses arranged along the slope of the hill in front. However, you will not be far from the sea, in fact not far away are the beaches and the waterfront, easily accessible on foot from the house. In the same way, even the town center with all the services and its lively summer activity will be just a few minutes away from you.
The space
Casa Europa is a 70 sqm apartment. Located on the second floor without elevator of a Genoese style building but with easy stairs to reach the house.
The house has an entrance and an open living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining room. The equipped kitchen is connected to a bright room for laundry use. The double bedroom has a large balcony shared with the living room for pleasant evenings outdoors. The bathroom with shower completes the structure. Perfect for family guests or groups of 4.
Bed sheets and bath towels are included.
Free parking on the street.
Small pets are allowed.
