Casa Luxury Golf is located in the residential complex adjacent to the S. Anna Golf course in Cogoleto.
The structure opens its balcony to a green landscape that ranges from golf courses to the mountains of the Ligurian Apennines. In the immediate vicinity you can take advantage of the services offered by Club S. Anna such as the restaurant, bar, golf courses and swimming pool (services for a fee).
The location of the house is also particularly suitable for those who love trekking and mountain biking: both with dedicated trails.
The sea with its beaches is about 3 km away.
The space (description of the house)
From the large free car park, you can access the house along a paved road lined with the other houses of the residential complex.
From the street level you have to climb some easy flights of stairs to reach the house.
The structure consists of a living room with a single sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
The large balcony equipped with awnings, table and chairs offers ideal spaces for relaxation, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom, ensuring comfort and convenience.
Additional services include a TV, WI-FI, washing machine and linen for the sleeping area and bathroom.
Pets are not allowed and smoking and parties are not allowed.
The structure complies with municipal waste disposal regulations. More information will be provided on site.
