If your idea of holiday includes your own boat, open water, and a front-row seat to the Adriatic, this is where it begins. Located right on the seafront, the apartment overlooks a private harbour for hotel guests and opens directly onto the hotel’s exclusive beach with sun loungers and umbrellas.

Guests arriving by boat are fully supported with free mooring directly in front of the hotel, a spacious parking area for both vehicles and boat trailers, and a boat crane station approximately 2 km away. Simply inform the property in advance so your mooring can be prepared upon arrival.

Designed with relaxed seaside living in mind, the apartment presents a bright and comfortable interior where the thoughtfully arranged living area includes a sofa bed, TV, and dining table for everyday ease. The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for enjoying indoor meals, while a double bedroom and a full modern bathroom contribute to a truly hassle-free stay. Guests also benefit from a private sea view terrace, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and parking.

The surrounding area is rich with experiences: island hopping by boat, snorkelling along rocky coves, evening dining in waterfront restaurants, and slow coastal walks beneath changing skies. For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 8:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
