In the heart of the beautiful Val Sozzine in Ponte di Legno, immersed in an environment of absolute tranquility and
surrounded by pristine woods, stands Charme Mountain Chalet: a private mountain villa designed
to accommodate up to 10 people in a rare balance between nature, privacy and high-level comfort.
In winter, the experience is unique: direct access to the slopes with skis on your feet, to experience the mountains without
travel and without compromise. In summer, the chalet becomes the ideal starting point for hiking, mountain
biking and forest walks just a few steps from the house.
The interiors are large, bright and spectacular: the panoramic living room with fireplace and large windows overlooks nature, creating a warm
and convivial environment. The separate kitchen is spacious and
fully equipped, perfect for experiencing the house in an authentic and shared way.
The sleeping area on the ground floor houses four double bedrooms, designed to provide privacy and comfort
to each guest.
Two rooms are real suites with private en-suite bathrooms, a third bedroom has an adjoining
dedicated bathroom, while the fourth has a service bathroom without a shower.
Some rooms also offer direct access to the terrace, creating a natural connection with the outside and
with the view of the surrounding nature.
The lower level is dedicated to well-being and privacy: master bedroom with private bathroom and an exclusive wellness
area with sauna, emotional shower and relaxation pool, designed to regenerate after sports or days in the
open air.
The property includes a private gym, ski and bike storage and a large exclusive garage.
